A collection of favorite meals, cocktails, and date nights we’ve enjoyed at home.

We served this with a green salad, French bread, a Classic Limoncello Spritz, and affogato for dessert.
PESTO VODKA PASTA RIGATONI
Serves 4
Ingredients
10 oz rigatoni
3 Tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ onion, diced
3 Tbsp tomato paste
¼ cup pesto
2 cups heavy cream
2 oz vodka
2–3 Tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley
Parmesan
Instructions
1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions, reserving a little pasta water before draining.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2–3 minutes.
3. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt.
4. Add pesto and stir to combine. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and cook until smooth. Add vodka and stir.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
6. Add cooked pasta and toss until coated. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan and serve.

Fill glasses w/ ice
Add:
4 oz limoncello
6 oz prosecco
2 oz sparkling water
Stir
Garnish w/ lemon slices
